For King James Version

1 The Lord said to Moses, 2 "Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘I am the Lord your God. 3 You must not do as they do in Egypt, where you used to live, and you must not do as they do in the land of Canaan, where I am bringing you. Do not follow their practices. 4 You must obey my laws and be careful to follow my decrees. I am the Lord your God. 5 Keep my decrees and laws, for the person who obeys them will live by them. I am the Lord. (Leviticus 18)

3 Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints. 4 For certain men whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.
5 Though you already know all this, I want to remind you that the Lord delivered his people out of Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe. 6 And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their own home--these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day. 7 In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire.
8 In the very same way, these dreamers pollute their own bodies, reject authority and slander celestial beings. 9 But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not dare to bring a slanderous accusation against him, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!" 10 Yet these men speak abusively against whatever they do not understand; and what things they do understand by instinct, like unreasoning animals--these are the very things that destroy them.
11 Woe to them! They have taken the way of Cain; they have rushed for profit into Balaam's error; they have been destroyed in Korah's rebellion.
12 These men are blemishes at your love feasts, eating with you without the slightest qualm--shepherds who feed only themselves. They are clouds without rain, blown along by the wind; autumn trees, without fruit and uprooted--twice dead. 13 They are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever.  (Jude 1)

18 "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. 20 Remember the words I spoke to you: ‘No servant is greater than his master.'[b] If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. 21 They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the One who sent me. 22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin. 23 He who hates me hates my Father as well. 24 If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen these miracles, and yet they have hated both me and my Father. 25 But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: ‘They hated me without reason.'[c]

26 "When the Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify about me.    (John 15)

16 He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, 17 so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.

18 This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666.   (Revelations 13)

8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. 9 By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. 10 For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.  (Hebrews 11)

11 This enraged the king of Aram. He summoned his officers and demanded of them, "Will you not tell me which of us is on the side of the king of Israel?"

12 "None of us, my lord the king," said one of his officers, "but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the very words you speak in your bedroom."

13 "Go, find out where he is," the king ordered, "so I can send men and capture him." The report came back: "He is in Dothan." 14 Then he sent horses and chariots and a strong force there. They went by night and surrounded the city.

15 When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city. "Oh, my lord, what shall we do?" the servant asked.

16 "Don't be afraid," the prophet answered. "Those who are with us are more than those who are with them."

17 And Elisha prayed, "O LORD, open his eyes so he may see." Then the LORD opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.  (2 Kings 6)

1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

5 He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."

6 He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son. 8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars-their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death."

9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb." 10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. 11 It shone with the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal. 12 It had a great, high wall with twelve gates, and with twelve angels at the gates. On the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. 13 There were three gates on the east, three on the north, three on the south and three on the west. 14 The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

15 The angel who talked with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the city, its gates and its walls. 16 The city was laid out like a square, as long as it was wide. He measured the city with the rod and found it to be 12,000 stadia[a] in length, and as wide and high as it is long. 17 He measured its wall and it was 144 cubits[b] thick,[c] by man's measurement, which the angel was using. 18 The wall was made of jasper, and the city of pure gold, as pure as glass. 19 The foundations of the city walls were decorated with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.[d] 21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of pure gold, like transparent glass.

22 I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 23 The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. 24 The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it. 25 On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there will be no night there. 26 The glory and honor of the nations will be brought into it. 27 Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Footnotes:

1 Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2 down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. 3 No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. 4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. 5 There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

6 The angel said to me, "These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place."

7 "Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book."

8 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me. 9 But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers the prophets and of all who keep the words of this book. Worship God!"

10 Then he told me, "Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, because the time is near. 11 Let him who does wrong continue to do wrong; let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right; and let him who is holy continue to be holy."   (Revelations 22)

Crown Him With Many Crowns...

The Only Saviour, Potentate, King and Lord that dwells in a white, radiant light (brighter than the sun); no Christian, or anyone else can correctly "guess" the day of His return (the Lord Himself said that no man knows so it is a supreme waste of time)-every generation of Christians must simply be ready because the Lord can, suddenly, do many things in a matter of days, weeks, months or years.

Will a man or mortal men dare to attempt to strip the Almighty of His title as the Creator of All Things (both visible and invisible)? (Romans 1)

The Lord knows that if He gives actual dates for His return or for disaster, that evil men will attempt to gather either money or people unto themselves and will go astray (become cult-like).

"They will be eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage"...people, today, enjoy their lives (they're having serious fun) but in the end, without Christ, life is vain.

Racism...don't get caught up in this endless struggle. We know that racism is, basically, the rejection of a person or persons (as an equal or as equals) based, solely, on their nationality/place of origin, skin colour or language. Human beings are "forged" by how they choose to act with, interact with or react to their personal environment-not by their physical features. Is it not time to dignify all people and refer to them by their place of origin/citizenship (the world standard) and not by the colour of their skin? Racial profiling is not based on "the facts". It is "public racism" 2.0. It is an attempt (or a corrupt licence) to punish (mishandle/manhandle/place in a negative or inferior light) the majority of a community based on the actions of a minority of individuals (or the few). How would you feel if your character (due to the distribution of a lying, false profile-lightyears from the truth) was judged, by all, as criminal, unstable or violent. Even devout Christians, that have done no wrong, have no criminal history and have not engaged in any suspicious activity, can be dragged into review or investigation because someone struggles with fear, hate or evil suspicions. At times, law enforcement, if the immediate community (all law-abiding citizens) agrees, could use this crude tool to weed out violent criminals; it should never be deployed long term (should have a short, set term with a limited, targeted, geographical scope in proven high crime areas) because it can destroy an entire generation of (innocent) youth. I believe that law enforcement should choose other tactics. I grew up in a "racism-free", middle-upperclass, almost idyllic, environment. At present, I stand as a true witness to a very deep, "cloaked" cruelty ("Let them eat cake."). Governments should consider labelling certain types of racist actions/activity as an indictable offence due to the soul-wounding ties to major geopolitical events such as genocide, slavery, colonial abuse...etc. A discussion on "race" will fail (fans the flames of ridicule and hate). A new, federal, criminal law may help. A law that would have a person charged with "racism" or "racist activity" (not the same as a "hate crime")(protection by the government and swift justice for the victim(s) at no cost-a true reparation that will really matter); the law could not be retroactive. In England (the place of my birth-I have dual citizenship), racism is already listed as a crime. There is nothing, really, more to say-it's time to move on from the past.

I cannot stress this enough...we are not wrestling against flesh and blood (people)...

The Man Christ Jesus...I don't want to appear to be disrespectful to the Lord (for He is worthy of all honour), but He is the "most amazing person" that someone can know; He is all-wise, almighty and commands the elements (and what we perceive as time and space) yet exists in bodily form. When I say "know", I am not speaking theoretically.

Anyone who claims to be Jesus Christ is a demoniac. The true Son of God was born as a man (came into the world), once, and will return one day in His glorious form-in the sky. What is a demoniac? Someone who may appear to be as normal as anyone else (or even beast-like) but, deep down inside, has embraced evil as good and good as evil or oppressive.

The Lord is always running tests...in the scriptures, all of the people of God were tested in one way or another.

Honour the King...I won't side with those that have decided that they have some "right" to constantly, disgracefully and publicly "bash" or dishonour those that have been appointed to lead; God appoints all in authority for His own purposes (democracy or not). We are all "free" to criticize leaders but only to a certain point. It is better to have someone in charge that (even slightly) "leans" toward the side of righteousness than someone that is godless and profane. I don't close my eyes to political activity, I just try to make sure that I have understood the matter before I discuss it.

We have all, at some time in our lives, felt that there was a person or a power that was "beyond us" and seemed to be fighting "for us" or "against us". Sometimes it is the Lord and He is not on "our side" but is fighting for His own purpose or His own reasons; He may, mercifully, incorporate a prayer into God's will or suddenly help or protect one person or billions. When the Lord is determined, He cannot be beaten and shows Himself as a "man of war".

Right now, in a world at war, I am at peace with God. Each day, I strive to be one of "Christ's Ambassadors" representing His Kingdom and Dominion with a Word from God, by the Holy Ghost, for the hour in which we live. I side with those that side with God. The selected clip is not a reflection of current global affairs.

But we have His unction...

The mainstream media has done a tremendous disservice to society (both locally and at large) by presenting "fake news"; they have actually attempted to justify their efforts to do so. I have monitored "the news", since I was an early teen, and find their current (deceptive) presentations inept and foolish. Some people will never get it...God hates a "lying tongue" and the liars will have to answer to Him. A few major media networks have chosen to refrain from such ignoble activity.

Pregnancy...a body within a body. When a woman becomes pregnant, the child is a separate entity. Life and death falls into the jurisdiction of the Almighty-not men.

Earth and Space...the Bible never states that the Earth is flat or that it is the center of the universe or creation...Galileo did not clash with the scriptures. What NASA is discovering, today, is what we have seen all along-dead worlds, stars, asteroids, comets, black holes, quasars, pulsars, galaxies...etc. and one, blue, living planet. I believe the Lord called the Earth His "footstool".

Long ago...mankind invented a very effective, "killing" device/mechanism or "machine"-the gun; decades of development has almost perfected its operational reliability (for good or for evil). Over time, certain nations carved guns, very deeply, into their culture. I believe the key thing, here, is man's nature and the tendency for individuals or mankind (in general) to gradually or suddenly spiral into a violent state (or violent activity) or into a violent society. Only Christ can destroy or bind violence within a man. A violent person may not have a criminal record or appear to be unstable but may be "boiling over with rage" about one thing or another. An act of (self-governed) vengeance is a violent act. Only God can take vengeance without sinning. He has also established governments to judge those that have done wrong.

The Bible states, at one time, that "every man did what was right in his own eyes". Once again, we are living in those times-an "Age of Relativity". During these "times", the Lord can become as "one that sleepeth" and visits His people, worldwide, "here and there". To the world, the Lord may "sleep" for hundreds of years and become like someone that does not exist. Right now, the great veil that is upon Him is leading, scientific theory (taught as fact when in reality, these theories are a combination of known scientific laws/facts and hypothesis/postulates)-for He has given men over to what they want to believe. The Lord can be a very fearful person and does not think like men (everyone's heart must be probed and tested).

When the Lord launches His probes, people (sinner or saint) can be hurt, killed or fall into great tragedy. The human mind starts to view God as some cruel, dark figure that did them harm for some unknown reason. The perfect "Council of God" dictates when a probe is required; men are not involved in this decision. (Job 1)

The light of God is shining on the sexual abuser. I was fortunate enough to be brought up in a home that taught that women should not be mishandled (but respected) or touched against their will.

The (laser) light of God can be more than intense, completely unexpected (suddenly) and very much like this selected scene (I am not, in any way, discussing, so-called, "alien life" or anyone's, so-called, "alien" experiences). This clip must be spiritually discerned and spiritually understood (Warning: Bad Language)...

Most Christians in our generation are walking according to the "baptism of John" (repentance from dead works) but Christ spoke of a greater baptism (in fire and by the Holy Ghost); a baptism that makes climbing Everest, without oxygen, seem like child's play. Every "season" of God is different-the "joy of the Lord is my strength." (Hebrews 6:1-3, Acts 18:24-28, 19:1-10)

When trouble comes...my wife and I...we battle, in Christ, together. She knew me when the center of my universe was my Christian faith, my degree, science, space, technology, history, sci-fi, hockey and other sports, family/friends and my job at IBM. The Creator of the universe is now (exponentially much more) my Saviour, Lord and King (He is now the center)-the relationship is now "actual". He is "beyond beyond" and rules the "Eternity of the Eternities" with mind-blowing authority.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with everyone who truly believes; the faith built on the foundation of the Apostles, the Law and the Prophets with Jesus Christ as the "Chief Cornerstone".
